Beautiful tools...

Recently I signed up to Audible. In my current insanely fast paced london lifestyle it nourishes me spiritually. It keeps me filled with positive words, thoughts and ideas amongst a vast sea of slightly conscious beings. I am reminded of my truth. Amazingly the earth angels talk to me through audio books so rich in truth and knowledge. They quote from saints, they introduce words and ideas for pondering. I feel whole again. I am reminded of my truth. People come into my life, they reflect the newest part of me. And what an incredible reality it is. Thank you Dr Wayne Dyer for your beautiful book Wishes Fulfilled. It bought to me Saint German in all his violet flame glory. I am truly reminded of my truth.  Audible, what a wonderful tool.  Stay blessed x

The whirlwind of life is calling...

Its been a while since i painted, since I wrote... life got busy in a very beautiful consciously created way! So what happens when you experience so much silence, so much contemplation, so many prayers, affirmations....and then as if by magic, just like a dream...its right there in front of you. I am thankful everyday. I enjoy my manifestation in all its raw beauty. and the energy, the warmth...mmmm it truly is wonderful. but then that whirlwind of life catches me...i wasnt looking. Swept away. I look back. Reconnect, to that beautiful moment lost. so special words....dont suffix

You are who I am looking back...

You are a reflection of the deepest part of me A beautiful expression of love The most joyous part of my day You are who I am looking back You are my desire manifested My hope My future A graceful revelation You are who I am looking back You are my safe place A trusted answer My companion My smile You are who I am looking back To the one who knows....Thank you for finding me when I was searching for you.

Mind the gap...

Its this longing to belong The words in my silence The direction of my unconscious flow The thought that consumes every part of my being The pain of my joy… It’s the expression of my art The beauty of my surroundings The shimmer of the sunshine on the water The hidden gifts from beyond The reason I am Its the the sun It’s the moon It’s the gap in between Inspired by my guru, thank you always x

And so in he walks...

Isha Yoga Centre in South India was the setting. Synchronicities unfolding lead me there, the story of many. The sensation of being in the right place at the right time, knowing that something bigger than me led me there. The distinct feeling of coming home. The vibrations of a safe and truthful environment. Smiling faces look back at me. Warm welcomes and heartfelt hellos. An incredible mountain forms the backdrop, beautiful scents of water lily infuse the air, colours so vibrant that they awaken a deeper part of my soul. Unsure of what the days ahead would present to me. Willing nevertheless, knowing that growth was the only goal. And so in he walks. A wise man unknown to me…or perhaps not? His presence made me stand tall. My eyes wider open than ever before, my body on standby to receive every subtle sensation. I listened with intent. I soaked in every little drop. Overwhelmed I sat in deep contemplation, watching, learning, thinking, talking

I wait and wonder...

The end of week one in india. Gujarat was the location, my roots, deeply embedded. Humble were the people, my family full of joy and smiles. Open, giving and incredibly willing to help in whichever way you required. Simple was the living, a life full of beautiful essentials...it made me stop,it made me realise...how much we actually don't need in our lives to keep those  beautiful smiles on our faces.  Perhaps one of life's more objective truths...as opposed to the many million subjective ones we all create and believe. I am thankful for the awareness of this. And of those subjective beliefs I wonder...how long would it take to actually re-programme yourself and change these beliefs?  I wait and wonder as I embark upon the next part of my travels  Stay blessed x (Picture taken in Talavchora, the village my dad grew up in! A beautiful place close to my heart)
