For love and health...

Get the job, get the house, get married have babies...Have you ever asked yourself what it means to be free? Years and years of conditioning have taught us how not to be free, infact we are so used to not being free that when we finally are....it scares us a little. Many people may not ever experience what it feels like to actually be free, be yourself, completely! We live in a fear based world...we are scared of not conforming as conforming defines success in our reality. What if there was more to life? What if we could live not by fear but by love? I am at the very beginning of my adventure, 4 months travelling parts of the world that have always captured my soul....Spain and Italy! My plan is to have no plan! My aim is to be free...free to flow with my soul and follow what brings me nothing but joy! To tell someone a story is a lovely thing, you speak, they listen...but to be a part of that very story and feel the emotions and sensations is a completely different experience. Each and every journey in life is your own to take...people, books and numerous other things can help you along the way, they may alter your course... but the real power comes from taking that journey and all the beautiful things you learn along the way. Every lesson learnt through your journey enhances you. Brings out a part of you that is new. Allows you to grow and understand your real truth a little deeper. That being said, i think it is really important to step out of your life once in a while and become an observer...recognise all the different stories you have lived, understand what they bought to your world, embrace the teaching with both hands!
