Today i re-read one of my old posts. The knowing. Wow how amazing it was to read that…
It was full of a raw love for life
Inspired words
A beautiful connection
A truth so real that it pinched every part of my being

Todays i re-read one of my old posts, and it reminded me how much i love to write
Yesterdays me spoke to todays me
It moved me to write again
I shared it with two beautiful friends
It inspired me to inspire them and to re-connect and inspire myself!

There was a time when i wrote just to write. Not because anyone was listening. Not because i was good at it…just because i loved it. An expression of myself manifesting into words

Today i re-read one of my old posts and i fell in love with myself, my life and my words once again
i hope to write more from this day onwards
Anything, everything, nothing and something
Today i am inspired
The knowing, i salute you!

Everyday the sun rises and then it falls. Everyday the moon rises and then it falls. Some days it shines brightly, you see it, you feel it. Others days it hides away, you can't see it, you can't feel it. But surely enough as another day approaches, the sun will rise and the moon will fall. Kevala - finding my spiritual home ❤️

I recently visited kevala in April 2023. I find it hard to attach words to how beautiful and sacred this space is. From the moment you walk in, you get a feeling of a beautiful safe haven, you are hit with positive possibility and opportunity. People are kind and love is flowing through each interaction.   The gardens are overflowing with lush green vibrancy, enticing you in with each step. There is an energy grid which is super charged and has a cosmic feel. This space really helped me dive deeper into myself, anchoring me in knowing and inner godliness. The nearby sacred mountains form a moving backdrop to the center, one morning we trekked up to the top allowing us to see the most spectacularly inspiring views, breath fresh and energized air and change perspectives completely. Feel the fear...and do it anyway...!

I look to the right and I see the post-it note I doodled on yesterday. It reads: “Feel the fear...and do it anyway!” Amazing how things come to you at exactly the right time. Nothing at all in this world is a coincidence! Everything is a message from the greater good or a reality that you have bought into your existence through your thoughts! Today more than any other day in my physical life so far I believe that all that comes, comes for a good reason. To help me grow, to move me to a better place, to awaken me a little more to the truth of my reality! It is so important to develop a beautiful little sanctuary inside yourself, that you can go to and draw upon when challenging situations arise in your life.
